Iris has over 20 years of tax experiences working with individuals and closely held businesses in a variety of industries. Her client's base consists of a wide range of industries such as: non-profit organization, non-bank financial institution, retails, wholesale...etc. Currently she works closely with EB5 investors and Regional Centers. She also represented clients and negotiated with Federal and State tax agencies. Earlier in Iris's career, she was with PriceWaterhouseCoopers for about seven years in the International Tax Department. She provided cross-border tax planning to help foreign-based multi-national companies and foreign investors meet their business needs while minimizing their international taxation. After setting up their new US business operation, Iris assisted multi-national companies and foreign investors with preparation of their annual US tax returns as well as on-going tax planning and day to day tax compliance issues. Iris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of CPA's. She graduated from the State University of New York in Buffalo, with Master’s Degree in Accounting.
